Dirk Feinauer is the Principal of Feinauer Commercial Lawyers, a law firm based in Perth, Western Australia and a Special Counsel to Samuel Seow Law Corporation.

Dirk graduated from the Australian National University in Canberra with Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees in 1989 and 1991 respectively.

Dirk is admitted as a foreign practitioner in Singapore and also holds a position as one of the legal counsels for the Singapore International Film Festival Committee.

Dirk specialises in corporate and commercial matters from complex corporate issues through to litigation in the Superior Courts and cross border law suits.

His clients include large multinationals such as Airlines, Banks, Fashion Houses, Engineering Companies, and leading manufacturers to Australian based clients engaged in diverse fields such as mining, medicine and intellectual property exploitation.
