Ying is a Foreign Legal Advisor in the Corporate & Commercial Practice Group of Samuel Seow Law Corporation.

Ying grew up in Melbourne and graduated in 2005 with a double degree in Law and Commerce from Monash University. She was admitted to practice later that year in the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia. After admission, Ying worked for the Immigration Department of Australia. Before joining Samuel Seow Law Corporation, Ying worked as a Foreign Associate in a medium size firm in Singapore and gained experience working on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions; and work relating to corporate and real estate matters, joint ventures, event sponsorships and other general corporate advisory matters.
