Miss Lucinda France-Hayhurst joins our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group as a Legal Executive.

After graduating from the University of Bristol with a BA (Hons) degree in French and Italian, Lucinda gravitated towards the law. She was called to the bar of England & Wales in July 2009 and intends to specialise in Family law.

Lucinda has spent time marshalling in the Royal Courts of Justice and has undertaken mini-pupillages in chambers such as 1 Hare Court and 4 Paper Buildings. She has studied all areas of Family law as well as having observed them in practice, from Matrimonial Finance to Co-habitation issues to Public and Private Children. Lucinda also developed an interest in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence.
