Su-Anne joins Samuel Seow Law Corporation as an Associate in the Corporate Department.

Su-Anne graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the National University of Singapore in 2006 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2007. She spent a semester at the East China University of Politics & Law in Shanghai as part of a student exchange programme.

Su-Anne comes to us after obtaining experience in one of the largest law firms in Singapore where she was an Associate in the Corporate Department, with a focus on real estate-related matters. She has worked on a range of corporate matters including various loan transactions, en-bloc acquisitions and assisting in due diligence exercises.
