This Website allows clients to make payment of their invoices. We use _____ [what system for payment]. Upon receiving your payment details we carry out a standard pre–authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Payment of the invoice will not be successful until this pre–authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the payment is accepted.

Except as explicitly stated otherwise, any legal notices shall be served on Samuel Seow Law Corporation via registered mail, to 15 Hoe Chiang Road (in the case of SSLC) or to the postal or email address you provide to us (in your case). Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after email or post is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

By visiting this Website, you agree that the laws of Singapore, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern this Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and SSLC.

The courts of Singapore will have non–exclusive jurisdiction over any legal action or the proceedings against SSLC arising out of, with respect to, or in connection with any disputes over this Terms of Use and disputes between users of this Website.
